INTRODUCTION Konti Hidroplast
is private company, which exists since 1975y. with a basic activity as a manufacturer
of injection moulding tools and injection moulding plastics parts. With the
development program it started to use extruder technology for polyethylene
pipes. Konti Hidroplast is the first
factory for manufacturing Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) pipes in
Macedonia. The manufacturing was started with
LDPE (low-density PE) pipe for water supply and irrigation system. The
development on the manufacturing program is with using high quality materials
from West European countries starting HDPE (high density PE) II generation –PE
63 AND PE 80 up to latest new II generation of HDPE (PE 100). Today
Konti Hidroplast is active in production of PE and PP pipes for different
purpose and own 3 extruder lines for production pipe in dimension of 16 up to
250 mm and pressure range of 6; 10; 16; 20; 25 and 32 bars. Konti
Hidroplast employs 30 workers. With its successful work, it has done a
lot of water supply lines in Macedonia and has manufactured around 4.000.000 m
pipes for protection optical cable. The latest development in its production is
manufacturing the gas pipe, which is very actual at the moment. Like
a prove of the successful work we owned ISO 90001 certificate since December
1998. |
