OF PIPE HDPE
pipes from F 20 up to 110 mm are
manufactured in coils with lenth from
50 up to 1000 m depending of the dimension . The pipes from F 125 mm up
to 250 mm are manufactured in straight
pipes up to 13 m. COLOUR
OF PIPES The
PE pipes can be produce in different colour depending of the purpose of the
pipe. For drinking water supply the pipes are blue. Gas
pipe are yellow or black with yellow stripes. BENDING On
“cold” PE pipes can be bend on radius not less than 15D of the pipe. ADVANTAGES HDPE

CARACTERISTICS HDPE
pipes have excellent resistence of the most chemicals. They are not release an
unpleasant taste, odorous and colour to the water.All the contituents of
PE grades which
we use for water pipes are food approval. INSTALATION
AND CONNECTION The
conection of pipes are on different ways as follow ·

For
instalation pipes are recommended to be laying in trench with minimal depth of
45 – 60 cm, and the jointing of pipe have to be done on environment
temperature of
– 10 °
C up to 60°
C . MATERIAL
HDPE
pipes are manufactured
from PEHD garnulate ( PE *) and PE 100) which contains only stabiliser (
antyoxidant) and
masterbach, for UV protection pipe.
The specific weight of the material is over 950 kg/m3 The
pipe are manufactured in following working pressure : 4 ;6; 10; 16; 10 and 25
bar. The working pressure are
- 30°
C up to 60 °
C . On a reqest of customer can be produce pipe with working pressure up to 32
